(1) Scholarship recipients should report to the Ministry of Education and Sports or their respective departments within three months from the date of completion of their studies.

(2) One year from the date of submission of the report as per sub-section (1). In any institution or institute owned by the Government of Nepal or provided financial assistance by the Government of Nepal, he can be made to serve for five years in any position and it will be the duty of the concerned person to serve accordingly. A person who does not work in the service, position and position designated by the Government of Nepal will generally be ineligible to be appointed to any service or position of the Government of Nepal or any position of an organization or institution owned by the Government of Nepal or provided financial assistance by the Government of Nepal.

However,

(a) This clause shall not be applicable to the person if the Nepal Government is not able to assign any work to the person within a period of one year. may grant permission to enter and if permission is granted accordingly, this clause shall not apply to him.

(3) In the case that the recipient of the scholarship is studying or taking training under the scholarship, except for the subject approved by the Government of Nepal without obtaining the prior approval of the Government of Nepal. After receiving a scholarship to study or train at a higher level in other subjects or in the same subject, you should not leave the study or training without taking the approval of the Government of Nepal.
